* Remove deprecated fields from v1 API

The following field were dropped:
* `spec.localStorageClassName`
* `spec.vddkInitImage`
* `spec.tektonPipelinesNamespace`
* `spec.tektonTasksNamespace`
* `spec.mediatedDevicesConfiguration.mediatedDevicesTypes`
* `spec.mediatedDevicesConfiguration.nodeMediatedDeviceTypes[*].mediatedDevicesTypes`
* `spec.obsoleteCPUs.minCPUModel`

* don't mutate mediatedDevicesTypes for v1, as the fields now gone

* update validating webhook

Now, when we started modifiying the v1 API, we need to update the
v1 validating webhook to validate according to the changes.

In this commimt, we copy the v1beta1 validating logic into v1 webhook,
and removed the non-relevant parts.
