* mypy: remove exclusion for chia._tests.core.full_node.test_node_load

Add concrete type annotations to test_blocks_load (two_nodes fixture
typed as tuple[FullNodeAPI, FullNodeAPI, ChiaServer, ChiaServer,
BlockTools], self_hostname as str, return -> None) and add -> int
return type to the inner num_connections helper.

* fix: remove stale test_performance exclusion from merge

The merge with main incorrectly swapped test_node_load for
test_performance. Only test_node_load should be removed; test_performance
is not excluded on main and should not be re-added.
