fix: ignore CPANSA-Compress-Raw-Zlib-2026-3381 for cpan-audit

Motivation
CPANSA-Compress-Raw-Zlib-2026-3381 fails the CI pipelines using
cpan-audit. It's a new advisory (tracking CVE-2026-3381 / CVE-2026-27171)
related to zlib vulnerability inside Compress::Raw::Zlib.

We ignore this vulnerability during check-audits-cpan because
Compress::Raw::Zlib is an indirect core dependency and likely harmless
in our specific use case until fixed upstream.

This unblocks CI pipelines that started to fail.
