Optimize and simplify generated sxproto AST test code

The static FildeshSxpb build functions now accept an unmodified
`FildeshSxpbIT` iterator as input. This removes the necessity
to manually manage variable reshuffling (`cons_id = elem_id`) prior
to executing first-child tree insertions. Additionally, these functions
are strictly printed bottom-up, completely removing the dependency
on function prototype forward declarations.
