Add programmatically built sxproto content unit tests

This adds manually constructed tests for sxproto content via C source
files that precisely build the `FildeshSxpb` structures. These generated
structures are then compared directly against the expected serialized
outputs across formats like `.json`, `.yaml`, and `.txtpb`. The generated
C files utilize nested static helper functions to limit local variable scope
and directly inline leaf elements.
