Add support for scoped index.

A new subcommand, `create-scoped-index`, can be used to clone the index into
a scoped-down version of itself, containing only entities that will be matched
against, to optimize for speed and resource consumption.

The full index is still used for entity retrieval and nested entities graph
operations.

On startup, motiva detects whether the scoped alias exists, and adapts its
queries accordingly.
