pywbemcli connection: Improved help texts; Added tab completion for NAME (#1525)

Details:

* Added tab completion for NAME argument of the following 'connection'
  commands: 'show', 'select', 'set-default'.

* Changed tab completion function for connection NAME argument to tolerate
  it if a connections file does not exist.

* Adjusted testcases to tolerating non-existing connections file instead of
  expecting a warning. Removed redundant testcase.

* Removed the class TabCompletionError because it was no longer used.

* Improved help text of most 'connection' commands, and mentioned the support
  for tab completion for the NAME argument.

* Adjusted testcases to the changed help text.
