add ECDH-ES key agreement for JWE encryption

Implements ECDH-ES, ECDH-ES+A128KW, ECDH-ES+A192KW, ECDH-ES+A256KW
(RFC 7518 Section 4.6) with Concat KDF, supporting P-256, P-384, P-521
and X25519 curves. Both crypto/ecdh and crypto/ecdsa keys are accepted.

Changes Header type from map[string]string to map[string]any to support
the epk (ephemeral public key) JSON object in JWE headers. Adds
HeaderKeyAlgo interface for algorithms needing header access.
