kill leading whitespace for ls -1 (#1030)

* A few ls(1) options result in calling EntryFormat(), which lists one entry per line
* The pattern in EntryFormat() appears to be adding a space suffix on each chunk of output
* The `ls -l` case was missing the space suffix
* I checked that the output looks ok for these cases: -1, -1a, -l and -i
