docs: Add XGBoost distributed training example notebook

Add example notebook demonstrating distributed XGBoost training using
the Kubeflow Trainer SDK and the xgboost-distributed ClusterTrainingRuntime.

The notebook uses the modern XGBoost Collective API with RabitTracker
for distributed coordination and synthetic classification data.
