Add categories to package documentation (#2673)

This PR removes the use of `status` property from package properties in favor of a more semantic `category` property instead. This helps to organize packages under their categories as well as repurposing the visual representation of status icons. Tooltips have also been added so that categories are displayed when their category icon is hovered. New categories and their associated icons include:

- `core` > Icon: `settings`
- `modules` > Icon: `layers`
- `layout` > Icon: `layout`
- `form-control` > Icon: `check-circle`
- `component` > Icon: `box`
