feat: add gridlines map overlay (#1065)

Add a new **Gridlines** overlay to the map to provide visual
coordinate references using `leaflet-auto-graticule`.

- Add `leaflet-auto-graticule` dependency.
- Implement `GridlinesLayer` component with custom red dashed lines.
- Style grid labels for better visibility and orientation.
- Register the layer in `OVERLAYS` with a minimum zoom level of 6.
