Fix bugs, improve test coverage, clean up debug output

Bug fixes:
- mcmc_plots.py: Change if to elif for mpsini unit conversion chain
  (fixes #350/#388 - second condition was unreachable)
- orbit_plots.py: Fix docstring for phase_nrows (said "columns"
  instead of "rows") (fixes #367)

Test coverage improvements:
- Add test_coverage.py with 45 targeted unit tests covering:
  - GP kernel properties, repr, compute, error handling for all 4 kernels
  - QuasiPerKernel zero-parameter and validation edge cases
  - Likelihood residuals, neglogprob, logprob_array, repr with uparams
  - AICc warning when k >= n
  - MCMC progress bar, ValueError checks, isnotebook, StateVars
- Clean up verbose debug output in test_k2131 (no longer needed)
