feat(ingr): add records-delimiter support with 3-level priority

- Add Settings{RecordsDelimiter bool} and RuntimeOverrides{RecordsDelimiter *bool}
  to Definition; RuntimeOverrides not persisted to YAML (yaml:"-")
- Add RecordsDelimiter bool to ViewDef for per-view config
- Renderer (buildDefaultView) applies priority:
  *RuntimeOverrides > viewDef.RecordsDelimiter || settings.RecordsDelimiter
- CLI --records-delimiter flag stored as *bool via IsSet(); sets
  def.RuntimeOverrides instead of mutating col.DefaultView
- Add ExportOptions + functional options pattern (WithHash, WithRecordsDelimiter)
- Update docs/file-formats/ingr.md with §3.5 Record Delimiter section
- Add tests for all three priority levels
