Fix some scheduler bugs (#386)

- Metadata filters were not respecting dependencies if there were gaps
in between units to which the filter applies. This requires recursively
trying to find the next dependencies that match the filter instead of
just the immediate ones.
- Courses with starting lessons that have dependencies to other units
outside the course should not be a dependency sink.
