feat: namespace imports in rootCollections & fixed collection.yaml filename

- Add namespace import support: keys ending with '.*' import all
  rootCollections from another directory's .ingitdb.yaml with the
  prefix prepended (e.g., agile.* imports agile.teams)
- Paths can be relative, absolute, or ~/prefixed
- Rename collection definition files from <id>.yaml to fixed
  collection.yaml filename
- Add CollectionDefFileName constant
- Add agile-ledger demo app teams collection schema
- 100% test coverage for config package (including subscribers_config)
- Update docs: root-collections, collection schema, ARCHITECTURE, README
