Update CLAUDE.md with Day Planner feature and latest codebase state (#626)

Add documentation for the Day Planner feature (PlannerGroup, PlannerActivity,
WeekPlannerSlot, SlotConfirmation models, DayPlannerService, DayPlannerController,
14 new REST API endpoints) and update all module sections with new repositories,
screens, DAOs, persistence implementations, and test counts. Fix Room database
version (10→12), remove obsolete JsonToRoomMigration reference, correct Android
test count (90→88).
