feat(triggers): add TriggerDef struct, redesign trigger & subscriber docs

- Add pkg/ingitdb/trigger_def.go with TriggerDef, TriggerJobDef,
  TriggerStepDef structs modelled after GitHub Actions workflow syntax
- Rewrite docs/schema/trigger.md with full YAML reference and example
- Update docs/components/triggers.md with subscribers cross-link
- Expand docs/features/subscribers.md with full catalogue (webhook,
  email, telegram planned; slack, discord, whatsapp, github actions,
  gitlab ci, ntfy.sh, sms, search index sync, rss/atom feed as proposals)
- Add Triggers & Subscribers section to ingitdb.com website (en + ru)
- Add badge-proposal CSS style (indigo) to docs.css
- Remove de, es, fr, uk translations from ingitdb.com; keep en + ru only
