[#6] refactor(map): replace leaflet-draw with leaflet-editable library

Replace leaflet-draw dependencies with leaflet-editable for a simpler,
more intuitive polygon editing experience. Simplify vertex interactions
by changing from right-click to click for deletion. Update toolbar UI
with inline editing instructions and visual editing indicator.
