Group Android notifications into categorized channels (#603)

Replace the single notification channel with three grouped channels:
- Input Reminders (sleep, diary)
- Emotion Questions (emotion checks)
- Day Planner (planned activity notifications)

The old channel is deleted on upgrade. Includes translations for
all four languages and updated tests.
