Display emotion pair strengths as percentages with emotion labels (#602)

Replace raw numeric strength values with formatted percentages across
all platforms. A strength of -6 on a "sad — happy" pair now displays
as "60% sad" and 4 as "40% happy", using EmotionStrengthFormatter
consistently.

- Android RecordEmotionEntryScreen: slider label shows percentage format
- Android EmotionalStateScreen: latest entry shows percentage format
- Android EmotionScatterChart: Y-axis uses percentage labels (0%-100%)
- Website stats scatter: Y-axis uses percentages, tooltips include
  emotion labels via new negativeLabel/positiveLabel API fields
- StatsController: emotion-scatter endpoint now returns negativeLabel
  and positiveLabel per pair
