Add expandable emotion entry list to EmotionalStateScreen on Android (#601)

Historic emotion entries were not accessible on the emotions screen. Each
emotion pair card now has a toggleable "Show entries"/"Hide entries" button
that expands to reveal all recorded entries with formatted strength, timestamp,
notes, and individual delete buttons.
