Improve editor handling, parsing, and output

Edit: use io->caution() for missing editor notice and change exit to FAILURE when no editor is configured.

NewPage: handle names without extensions when computing title; treat user-declined overwrite and missing-editor cases as non-error (return SUCCESS) instead of FAILURE; only emit console-clear escape when output is decorated; keep other flow intact.

NewSite: only clear the console when output is decorated before printing success and instructions.

Overall: make filename parsing more robust, avoid unconditional terminal control sequences in non-interactive output, and adjust exit codes/notifications around editor availability and user-choice behavior.
