Add Android UI unit tests for screen logic, navigation, and theme (#585)

Tests cover extracted business logic from screen composables:
- CorrelationScreen: confidence classification, event name building, formatting
- FoodLogScreen: tag splitting, kcal/carbs validation
- SportLogScreen: measurement/unit validation
- ActivityLogScreen: form validation, time range formatting
- MedicationLogScreen: dose parsing, display formatting
- PdfExportScreen: page constants, section selection, error detection, filename generation
- EmergencyPlanScreen: action filtering, step ordering, swap logic
- SleepAnalysisScreen: duration calculation with midnight crossing, label formatting
- AppNavigationTest: route registration completeness, uniqueness, naming conventions
- ThemeTest: color values, typography sizes, theme contrast validation
