Update CLAUDE.md to reflect Kotlin/Compose Android migration and new features (#576)

Major documentation updates:
- Android module: rewritten from Java/XML to Kotlin/Compose (Room, Navigation Compose, single-activity architecture)
- New ActivityLog feature across all platforms (shared model, webserver controller, desktop/android repositories)
- New StatsCacheService in webserver
- CI simplified: removed Maestro UI test jobs (android-maestro-build/android-maestro/android-maestro-report), now 11 jobs
- Java CI and desktop packaging upgraded to JDK 21
- compileSdk updated to 36, lollipop minSdk updated to 23
- Website dependency versions updated (Svelte 5.53.0, SvelteKit 2.52.2)
- Removed all Maestro test references and run-maestro-tests.sh script reference
