Add missing module visibility toggles to Android settings screen (#572)

The settings screen only showed 4 of 10 module visibility toggles
(Diary, Sleep, Emotions, Statistics). Added the 6 missing toggles:
Points, Food Log, Sport Log, Medication, Backup, and PDF Export.
Also updated the string references to use the dedicated module_*
string resources for consistency.
