Add missing module visibility toggles to Android settings (#571)

The Module Visibility section in Settings only showed 4 toggles (Diary,
Sleep, Emotions, Statistics) but the ModuleVisibility model has 11
fields. Add the 7 missing toggles: Point Charts, Food Log, Sport Log,
Medication, Backup, PDF Export, and Activity Log. Also add the missing
KEY_MODULE_ACTIVITY_LOG_VISIBLE constant and module_activity_log string
resource in all 4 languages.
