Fix diary entry description not displaying in Android app (#569)

The diary screen was directly accessing entry.diaryReference?.description
which returns empty string when the reference is null. Changed to use
entry.description which calls the model's getDescription() fallback that
handles both reference-based and legacy entries. Also fixed EntityMappers
to preserve legacyDescription during save/load round-trips.
