Disable Material You dynamic colors to restore green theme (#565)

The app was using system wallpaper-derived colors (Material You) on
Android 12+, replacing the intended green color scheme with whatever
the device wallpaper suggested. Default dynamicColor to false so the
app consistently uses its own green palette.
