Remove Maestro UI tests and all related infrastructure (#561)

Maestro tests are no longer required. This removes:
- All 23 Maestro YAML test files from android/.maestro/
- Debug instrumentation (CoverageBroadcastReceiver, JacocoInitProvider)
- Debug AndroidManifest.xml for coverage broadcast receiver
- JaCoCo agent debug dependency and offline instrumentation config
- jacocoMaestroReport Gradle task and maestroCoverage guard
- CI jobs: android-maestro-build, android-maestro, android-maestro-report
- scripts/run-maestro-tests.sh test runner
