Convert Maestro UI tests to unit tests for navigation and form validation (#560)

Add 138 unit tests (49 navigation + 89 form validation) that cover the
same invariants verified by Maestro UI tests 01-23, without requiring an
Android emulator.

MaestroNavigationCoverageTest (Maestro 01-13):
- Bottom nav items map to correct Screen routes in proper order
- Toolbar actions map to Stats/Settings/Imprint routes
- Diary navigation cards map to 6 valid sub-page routes
- All 23 registered screens have unique non-blank routes
- Parameterized routes generate valid paths
- First-start key and start destination verified
- Bottom nav XML item count matches screen list

MaestroFormValidationTest (Maestro 14-23):
- Diary entry description required validation
- Sleep entry default times (23:00-07:00) cross midnight
- Food log item required, kcal/carbs parsing, tag splitting
- Sport log name/times required, measurement/unit validation
- Medication name required, default provision type
- Medication log dose parsing
- Emergency plan question/action required, step ordering logic
- Habit name required, target frequency/max entries parsing
- Notes blank-to-null conversion, form toggle default states
