Wait for app initialization before tapping toolbar buttons in Maestro tests (#555)

After dismissing the welcome dialog, initializeStorage() and completeSetup()
run synchronously before click listeners are attached to toolbar buttons.
Maestro could tap statsButton/settingsButton/imprintButton before their
listeners were registered, causing the tap to succeed but trigger no
navigation. Added extendedWaitUntil for addHabitButton (which requires
ViewPager setup) to ensure completeSetup() has finished.
