Fix diary sub-page navigation by using instant ViewPager2 page jumps (#554)

After #521 removed offscreenPageLimit(PAGE_COUNT) to enable lazy loading,
smooth-scrolling from the diary hub (page 1) to diary sub-pages (pages
13-18) must create 12+ intermediate fragments on the fly. This makes the
smooth scroll unreliable—it can stall or exceed Maestro's 10s timeout
before reaching the target page, causing the diaryEntriesRecyclerView
visibility assertion to fail.

Switch all diary sub-page navigations and bottom-nav reselect handlers
to use setCurrentItem(position, false) for instant page jumps. Smooth
scrolling through 12+ unrelated intermediate pages (sleep, emergency,
emotions, settings, etc.) provided no useful visual feedback anyway.
