Increase timeout for diaryEntriesRecyclerView visibility check (#552)

The ViewPager2 page transition to DiaryFragment involves animation,
fragment creation, view inflation, RecyclerView setup, and data loading,
which can exceed 5s on slow CI emulators. Double the timeout to 10s.
