Increase habitPointsChart wait timeout from 5s to 10s in Maestro tests (#546)

Charts are rendering-heavy components that may not appear within 5 seconds
on emulators, causing flaky test failures. Increase the extendedWaitUntil
timeout to 10 seconds, consistent with other chart/rendering waits.
