Add extendedWaitUntil for remaining bare assertVisible after taps in Maestro tests (#545)

Replace assertVisible with extendedWaitUntil (5s timeout) after UI-changing
taps that could race with animations or navigation transitions:
- 01: wait for Home after dismissing welcome dialog
- 11: wait for questionInput after toggling form
- 21: wait for delete confirmation dialog
- 22: wait for entry button after expand/collapse and delete dialog
- 23: wait for category dialog, habit list after submit, and delete dialog
