Replace ScrollView with NestedScrollView in all ViewPager2 fragments (#531)

Since lazy-loading was introduced (ec951ff), fragments inside ViewPager2
are no longer pre-loaded. Plain ScrollView doesn't implement the
NestedScrollingParent interface, so scroll events aren't properly
coordinated with ViewPager2's internal RecyclerView. This causes
Maestro's scrollUntilVisible to fail when searching for elements
that require scrolling after a page switch.

The same fix was already applied to fragment_stats.xml in d39b767.
This commit applies it to the remaining 7 fragment layouts:
- fragment_diary_navigation.xml
- fragment_imprint.xml
- fragment_point_development.xml
- fragment_settings.xml
- fragment_record_emotion_entry.xml
- fragment_add_emotion_pair.xml
- fragment_add_habit.xml
