Fix Android backup merge failing on empty local data (#530)

The backup/restore on Android only passed 4 repositories (habit,
category, diary, sleep) to both the backup creation and merge methods.
This caused all other data types (emotions, sport logs, food logs,
medications, emergency plans, activity logs) to be silently dropped
during backup creation and lost during restore — especially visible
on fresh installs with empty local data.

- Pass all available SQLite repositories to createHezBackup,
  mergeBackupData, and restoreFromHezStream calls
- Add shared EmergencyPlanActionRepository field and getter to
  MainActivity for use during merge
- Expand restore options dialog to include emotions, medications,
  and emergency plan data types
