Lazy-load Android ViewPager2 pages instead of pre-loading all 19 (#521)

Remove the explicit offscreenPageLimit(PAGE_COUNT) which forced all 19
fragments to be instantiated and kept alive simultaneously. With the
default limit, ViewPager2 only keeps adjacent pages in memory, reducing
startup cost, memory usage, and eliminating unnecessary onResume() work
across all fragments when the activity resumes.
