Add activity log UI to Android diary sub-pages (#519)

The ActivityLog feature had backend persistence (SQLiteActivityLogRepository,
database table) but no UI on Android. This adds the missing fragment, adapter,
layout files, and navigation wiring so users can access the activity log from
the diary hub.
