Merge branch 'improved-400s' into 'develop'

Improve output when an HTTP 400 is received.

BigV outputs some pretty strange, non-end-user-friendly messages with its 400s in many cases.

This commit tries to friendly them up some. For example, if you tried to create a vm called "23" with a ridiculous amount of memory and a non-existent hwprofile, you would see:
```
name:
    is invalid
    is too short (minimum is 3 characters)
memory:
    is not included in the list
hardware_profile:
    is not included in the list
```

Now you'd see
```
• Hardware profile is invalid
• Memory amount is invalid
• Name is too short (minimum is 3 characters)
```

Basically, it attempts to clean up the weird output from the brain ("is not included in the list" on a number is a particular weird one.) and present only the information that isn't kind of duplicated (if it's telling us the name is too short, we kind of already know it's invalid). Ideally the brain would give us better output in the first place.. I have one bug for that ( bigv/bigv-brain#40 ) regarding memory, I think I'll make another for name validation.
