Fix ViewPager navigation to emotional state missing programmaticNavigationTarget (#505)

navigateToEmotionalState() was the only navigation method not setting
programmaticNavigationTarget before calling setCurrentItem(). During
smooth scroll from PAGE_ADD_EMOTION_PAIR (8) to PAGE_EMOTIONAL_STATE (5),
intermediate pages like PAGE_ADD_HABIT (6) could trigger unwanted
redirects to PAGE_HOME because the isIntermediate guard was inactive.

This caused Maestro test 22 to fail: after creating an emotion pair,
the app ended up on the home page instead of the emotions page, so
"Anxious" was not visible.
