Fix category spinner not showing create dialog on fresh install (#514)

When no categories exist, the spinner only contains "New category" at
position 0. Android's Spinner.onItemSelected does not fire when the
user re-selects the already-selected item, so tapping "New category"
never triggered the create dialog.

Add a "Select category…" prompt item at position 0 when the category
list is empty, pushing "New category" to position 1. This ensures
selecting it is a position change that fires the listener. Also update
the addHabit validation to reject the prompt as a valid selection.
