Add activity log feature for tracking events with persons, location, time, and optional activity (#500)

Introduces ActivityLog entity across all modules (shared, webserver, desktop, android, website)
with full CRUD support, backup/restore integration, event correlation signals (Activity Count
and Activity Duration), module visibility toggle, and localization in en/de/es/fr. Includes
comprehensive tests for all new components and updates to existing tests.
