Add Maestro CRUD tests for all Android add-entry pages (#499)

Add 10 new Maestro UI tests (14-23) that test adding, displaying, and
deleting entries for every add-something page in the Android app:
- Diary entry, sleep entry, food log, sport log
- Medication, medication log entry
- Emergency plan step
- Emotion pair, emotion entry
- Habit (with category creation)

Each test launches with clean state, navigates to the relevant page,
fills required fields, submits, verifies the entry is displayed, deletes
it, and verifies removal. Tests requiring prerequisites (medication log
needs a medication, emotion entry needs a pair) create them inline.

Update CI matrix to run all 10 new tests as separate matrix jobs.
