Fix emotion pair list not refreshing after adding a new pair (#504)

The EmotionalStateFragment's onResume() was never called when
navigating back from AddEmotionPairFragment because the ViewPager's
offscreenPageLimit keeps all fragments in the RESUMED state. Add
explicit refreshData() call in the onPageSelected callback when
PAGE_EMOTIONAL_STATE becomes active, matching the existing pattern
used for DiaryNavigationFragment.scrollToTop().
