Migrate to API v2 and add OHLC endpoint

- Update API version from v1 to v2 across all endpoints
- Add new Ohlc class with currency(), date(), interval(), and base() methods
- Add ohlc() factory method to CurrencyApi
- Add ohlc.test.js with 100% coverage
- Bump package version to 2.0.0
- Update README with OHLC usage and examples
- Update CHANGELOG for v2.0.0 release
