* Add Philips TSE in JSON sidecar

* Add ability to read in sdat/spar when masking single voxel mrs. Small refactoring

* Handle empty tuples

* Use ones_like instead of relying on data not being 0

* Fix bug where external constraint files were incorrectly calculated

* Update tests to use Philips MRS data from data-testing, still need to update download link

* Update testing data link to r20260216 to include .sdat/.spar SVS MRS data

* Fix documentation formatting
