feat(docker): add RPM support to Docker template

Add OS-family branching to the Docker package template following the
containerd.go reference pattern. Replaces hardcoded apt-get with
pkg_update abstraction and adds RPM repo setup for Amazon Linux
(via Fedora repo mapping), Fedora, and RHEL/Rocky/CentOS families.

Key changes in docker.go:
- Replace `sudo apt-get update` with `pkg_update`
- Add `case ${HOLODECK_OS_FAMILY}` branching for repo setup
- Debian: preserved existing GPG key and apt sources.list logic
- RPM: docker-ce.repo from download.docker.com (centos/fedora)
- Amazon Linux: Fedora repo with HOLODECK_AMZN_FEDORA_VERSION mapping
- Version syntax: = (apt) vs - (dnf) for versioned installs
- Source /etc/os-release for ${ID} in RPM case
- Unsupported OS family error with remediation message

Tests added in docker_test.go:
- TestDocker_Execute_PackageSource_OSFamilyBranching
- TestDocker_Execute_PackageSource_RPMVersionSyntax
- TestDocker_Execute_PackageSource_SourcesOsRelease
