Update VDI snapshot and parent links after import (#6913)

There exists code to do this for VM objects, but VDI objects also need
their links fixed up.

My understanding is that metadata exports contain VDIs (and immediate
snapshots/parent) that can be imported without any data. If true, then
their links need to be updated after import.
